The services covered by the initial fee are: Obtain a three bureau credit report; assemble a complete loan assistance priority transaction file; compile detailed loan modification or assistance workout plan; deliver file to lender and engage in ongoing negotiation with follow-through action to resolve your transaction.

Completion Fee $695

If your loan modification or mortgage transaction plan request is  successful and we have re-negotiated your loan terms with the lender providing assistance to you, a final transaction completion fee of $695 is due Mortgage Advocate Services. If we are not successful in helping you achieve a plan to modify your mortgage, we will waive this completion fee.

We also have the ability to refer your transaction to a qualified real estate attorney should one be require or refer your transaction to other professionals who may be able to help you.
